All the main elements remain: demolish the Water Pumping Station, demolish the 4 Chimneys, build flats on the power station roof, punch windows in the sides for more flats. on surrounding land add hotels, student hall, details about the jetty, call it a "town centre" and more months of delays while this is fed through the planning process and while they buy time for a new backer to take on half the defaulted debts and for separating off of the Battersea project from Treasury's £1.6 billion debts that are in the bad bank of NAMA My heart sank on receiving amendments to the planning application 5/7/10.
