Spectacle is a partner in APaNGO. APaNGO stands for Advocacy, Participation and Non Governmental Organisations in planning. It aims to increase community involvement in planning and to undertake a study into community involvement in planning in all of the North Western European Countries, that is the project partner countries ( UK, The Netherlands, Belgium) and France, Germany and Luxembourg.
